By accessing or using Jobie (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your account. • You must provide accurate information. Accounts with false or harmful content may be terminated without notice. • You must not use Jobie to upload files containing malware, illegal content, or to deliberately overload our AI systems.
3. AI disclaimer
Jobie provides AI-generated career guidance for reference and informational purposes only. Due to the probabilistic nature of generative AI, ATS scores, match percentages, and roadmap suggestions may differ from human assessments or vary across companies. We do not guarantee employment outcomes. Career results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and employer decisions beyond our control.
4. Intellectual property
The "Jobie" brand, product interfaces, codebase, and proprietary AI prompting systems are intellectual property of the Jobie team. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service. Your CV data and personal content remain your intellectual property at all times.
5. Service changes
We develop Jobie iteratively and may add, remove, or modify features at any time. We will notify you in advance of any changes that affect paid plans or data privacy.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger Zone → Delete account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
